The 4 fin layout, with 3 shark fins plus 1 rest tab, is made for a secure fit, and the 1.2x85mm flopper keeps the profile simple.
Built from 17-4 steel
Made from heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel spearfishing material, it's hard, stiff, and rated around 45 on the hardness scale. That means less bending and better shape retention after repeated use. The laser-welded fins and 60 degree barb hold up well in the water, and the natural magnetism from heat treatment is normal for 17-4PH.
